What we collect

If you sign up for alerts, we store the email addressyou provide and the alert preferences you choose (states, industries). That's it. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any sensitive personal information.

What we don't do

• We do not run advertising or ad-tracking networks.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
• We do not set analytics or tracking cookies.

Some outbound links are affiliate links — if you click and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking such a link may set a cookie controlled by that retailer (e.g. Amazon), governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Emails

We only email you the alerts you asked for. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent.

Your rights (incl. California / GDPR)

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the data we hold on you at any time, and we'll do it. California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) have these rights explicitly — but we extend them to everyone. Email privacy@canarywhistle.com.
