Know 60 days before your supplier cuts staff
US employers must file a WARN notice with the state roughly 60 days before a mass layoff or a site closure. Right now 400 filings covering 28,903 jobs are on record and have not taken effect yet. If one of them is your supplier, your customer or a company you hold, that is time you still have.
Paste the list you already have. We match it against 24,038 resolved employers across 48 jurisdictions, plus 3,268 SEC 8-K and PBGC events, and show you what we hold. Nothing is stored.
Up to 200 names. We do not store your list, and nothing about it is logged or cached.
Then we watch it for you
A one-off check tells you where you stand today. Monitoring tells you the morning a new notice lands. We push each new filing and each amendment to your systems as a signed webhook, or to your inbox, with the state's own document linked. Every change a state makes to a notice is kept as filed, so you can answer what the record said on the day you acted on it.
Priced by how many companies you watch, which is how the risk-monitoring category prices. Published comparables sit at $22 to $32 per monitored company per month and cover cyber and financial risk, not workforce collapse. Our list price is $249/month for 25 companies, $749/month for 100 and $2,400/month for 500, which is $10, $7.50 and $4.80 per company per month. Anything above 500 or anything you want redistributed to your own customers is quoted.
Tell us where to send it. We will come back with a price for your actual list size and the delivery you want.
Why not just read the news
- A news alert fires when a layoff is reported. A WARN notice is on file about 60 days before it happens, and most never get reported at all.
- One identity per company. A single employer files under dozens of raw names, state by state and site by site. We resolve them, so your supplier is one row and not forty. See how.
- We publish our gaps. Coverage says what each state publishes and what it withholds, including the notices held with no headcount because the state never published one. You can audit every figure we give you.
- The whole historical archive is free. Take it under CC BY. What is worth paying for is the window that has not happened yet, and being told the moment it changes.
